PANTS 2008 was a great success! Exhibitors continue to applaud the quality attendees who walk the aisles at PANTS while attendees are continually excited at the variety of vendors as well as the educational and networking opportunities available. Today’s Garden Center will convene a panel discussion featuring three to four members of our Revolutionary 100 Garden Centers list to talk about their strategies for success and provide audience members with tips on everything from inventory management and buying to marketing, hosting events, managing labor costs and more.

Certification Exams
The Pennsylvania Certified Horticulturist (PCH), Certified Landscape Technician (CLT) and Certified Landscape Professional (CLP) written exams will be administered at PANTS on Thursday, July 30th. Learn more about certification exams here.
Legislative Day - Wednesday July 29
Join your green industry colleagues and elected officials from the Penn Atlantic region for the annual PANTS Legislative Lunch! This is an excellent opportunity to discuss the issues that affect your business: issues like green infrastructure, tax policy, certification for landscape contractors, immigration and visa programs, subcontractor rules, sustainability, and many more! The lunch begins at Noon and the cost is $25.00. Use the Attendee Registration form to reserve your place.
The Legislative Lunch will be preceded by public hearings of the Pennsylvania Senate Agriculture and Rural Affairs Committee at 10 AM, followed by a booth tour of the show floor. Don’t miss the chance to make your voice heard to your elected officials!
Pig Roast and Networking at PANTS
Join your industry colleagues for fun and relaxation following a day on the show floor. Plan to have dinner with us 5 PM on Wednesday night. We're having a pig roast and entertainment. A cash bar will be available. Sign-up for this event when you register for PANTS09.
